Hotel très difficile à trouver malgré un GPS, car l'adresse n'est pas la bonne! Nous avions notre voiture et nous avons donc appelé l'hôtel à 3 reprises pour avoir de l'aide pour les trouver qui nous a dit "prenez un taxi" en ricanant entre eux! L'hôtel est situé dans une zone affreuse et dangereuse à l'extérieur de la ville... Extremely small-just fits a king-sized bed and a small side table with mirror, nothing more. Stayed out most of the time, so, sleeping was the only need, and it was comfortable with air-conditioning. Shower only, but had working warm water. Nice bathroom vanity. TV had free-to-air channels, but the 2 premium channels, HBO and 7, had poor programmes. So, we watched Nat Geo. WiFi was weak, limited at best. Basically not working from rooms. However, slightly better reception at lobby; even then, 50/50\. Have nice eateries in neighbourhood, including pushcart stalls that opens at night till 1am. Try the paring (stingray) fish bbq, it's nice. Very clean and well kept. The bathroom, toilet and bed are great. Value for money. Not too far from Jonker Walk. But have to be careful when walking toward Jonker Walk. Narrow or no pavement. You will have to walk on the side of the road. The surrounding of the hotel have a lot of shops, restaurants. Very convenient. You can go for the hawker food at the nearby coffeeshop for dinner and supper. In fact you don't need to walk to Jonker Walk for food. The hotel counter staff are friendly except for one lady. First time when I asked her about Jonker walk, she seems impatient to answer. That build up a bad impression on her. The rest of the staff are friendly and most willing to help. We have a great stay. I strongly recommend this hotel for those looking for a clean and comfortable stay and value for your money. No tissue box provided in the room. The rooms are clean, though a kettle in the room would have been welcome. Its a little bit of a walk into town, but not too far. The staff is very friendly, though if you ask them for something like a kettle, or breakfast which is not included all they say is sorry were a boutique hotel as if that's why they can't provide it. ##### Mark
