The reason for our return is the very warm welcome we received in 2025 and the help for my wife's parents who are disabled. Again the staff couldn't help us enough. I contacted the hotel before we arrived and requested a room with a walk in shower (without a step) to enable easier access. This was accommodated with no issue. All the facilities we great and available as and when we needed them. "We went in October half term in 2 bed sea view rooms. Although the rooms are tired and fairly scruffy, ours was also quite dirty, the bedding was clean so where the main areas. The beds were very comfy except the pull out sofa bed which was partially broken. We all slept well, lots of breeze in the top floor sea view rooms so evening weren’t hot whilst sleeping as windows open perfectly, Facilities in room ok, pool area cosy and pool was heated so really good temperature even in hot weather....
"This is my 5th visit to this hotel since 2018. As ever I enjoyed the overall experience. Staff are very good and I would highlight many enjoyable interactions I had with the cleaning staff and also in the restaurant. In addition, the staff on reception made me feel very welcome when I arrived. I was allocated one of the refurbished superior rooms and what a difference. Gone are the old green carpets and instead a more hygienic laminate flooring. There are also power points round the bed...

"We love this unique hotel run by Jose Antonio. The entire staff is so wonderful! It’s our third year staying here. They offer a daily breakfast. Each room is uniquely designed. We were a little disappointed that our AC didn’t work properly and smelled of mold. There are additions being made to the hotel and we are excited to see the new rooms and pool. Well be back again next year!"
