From the moment I entered it the folks behind the desk were very helpful and courteous.ln particular Geronimo was very helpful but indeed all the staff did everything they could to make my stay pleasant and enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the room were cleaned daily. I would highly recommend THB Flora

Room was spacious, good storage space, bathroom room spacious but shower very basic. The hotel has obviously been freshened up but still feels very much a seventies/eighties hotel.
The hotel is ideally situated for beach, walks,shops,bars, restaurants and transportation.
Buffet breakfast very good.
Staff and service FIVE STAR for attentiveness, charm and friendliness.

Great place to stay in Lanzarote! Spacious and luminous junior suite, comfortable bed, renovated bathroom, nice terrace. Very clean and well maintained. Good breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay here.
