worst service ever
"Hotel had no hot water for both of our stays. Staff couldn't do anything about it. Also they charged us extra fees that were not disclosed. The front office person was the rudest I have ever encountered. She refused to help and even mumbled bad language, I am not allowed to type here, several times ..."
