Room needs improvement and proper overhaul, there was dirty carpet and bathroom was too small and wasn’t clean especially the grout was black and smelled like mold

Sheraton Makkah Jabal Al Kaaba Hotel
Check in was smooth. We were upgraded to a suite which was nice and a pleasant surprise. This hotel is close to the new extension, however takes about 10 mins walk (downhill) to Haram near Clock Tower. Please keep in mind, 2 mins of walk back is uphill.
