Avalon Rest Thornton is a 2 Bedroom Apartment set on 2 Acres in Thornton NSW.The apartment is close to the M1 Freeway, Thornton / Beresfield Industrial State, Green Hills Shopping Centre and Maitland Hospital. Newcastle is 30 minutes and Maitland 10 Minutes.Thornton Train Station is a short 5 minute drive. Avalon Rest has 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, Full Open Plan Kitchen with Dining Table, Laundry and Lounge Room with TV and Foxtel. The Apartment is fully Air Conditioned for Cooling and Heating. Kitchen is fully set up with Microwave, Stove, Dishwasher and all cooking and eating utensils. Laundry has Washing Machine and Drier It is set on 2 Acres with a rural outlook and is extremely tranquil and quiet. Parking is available onsite. Avalon Rest is a perfect stop over for guests travelling to the area for work, a quick break, family visits.  
Minimum of 2 night stay Monday to Friday only.  
Weekends by negation if needed.
