"Very clean spot! Worked perfectly for the group we had and conveniently located near Philly which was why we were down in the area."

"Room was comfortable with basic wi-fi and media streaming, but daily at 5pm I had to re-authenticate to everything which was annoying. Free breakfast was excellent with a nice variety. Staff was extremely friendly. One issue - ants. I picked a King Studio with fridge and bar area to make some meals or snacks but ended up ordering in and making sure to throw my trash away outside the room as there were ants on the tables, ice bucket, and bar area. I live in NJ so understand that ants aren't unusual but there are sprays, traps, etc. that could be used in the rooms with signs making patrons aware."

"The front desk, China check me in Very, very pleasant and helpful and knowledgeable. Terry on the front desk, very helpful and knowledgeable. It was my honor and pleasure to meet them. The breakfast buffet was great plenty of food. Everything was clean. The staff was fantastic. Housekeeping was great like I said, everyone was very helpful to me. The room rate were fantastic. Awesome. We stayed in a beautiful suite the kitchen was well stocked dishwasher microwave stove, and refrigerator all my upcoming hotel arrangements. I’m gonna be at residence Inn. The bed was very, very comfortable. A lot of good restaurants in the area and shopping."

"The first room given to my husband and I was very filthy, you could visibly tell it was not cleaned after prior customer. There was a terrible body odor left behind, bathroom sink stopped up and food particles in sink, toilet filthy. There were grease smudges and finger prints everywhere. So we ask for a different room, same issues except no horrible B.O. left behind, but just as dirty. Coffee maker has dry used coffee pod and mild, human stool on a wall by bathroom, toilet filthy, roach on wall. Trash can in hallways full, plus people staying there while home compromised allowed to place their 13gal trash bag by hallway trashcan. There are empty baggies on stairways and mold on ice machines. Teenage children hanging out late night, strange characters walking around parking lot."

"Non smoking room was smoke smell. Outside my window broken down air conditioner units. All night drug activity and fighting. Stayed on 2nd floor with people screaming in hallway. Went to room on Sunday pretty much a swat team kicking a guy out of 3rd floor room. Room was very old worn. We switched to another hotel due to the area and the hotel clientele. We travel a lot and this was a horrible experience. Just seeing police and drug addicts outside enough for us."
