"We booked this room at the last minute for a quick getaway. We were pleasantly surprised how comfortable and clean the room was. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way for guests. Everything in the room was upgraded. The inn is in the middle of downtown Hyannis, walking distance to everything including the harbor. The only downsides were their restaurant is closed down (there are plenty of amazing restaurants in town) and I read the inn is going to be converted to upscale apartments in 2026. I hope not because we would love to return for another stay. "

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Windmill!! The home is beautifully decorated and felt like a true home away from home. Every detail has been thoughtfully prepared and Deb was incredibly welcoming and responsive. The location is perfect and that view...spectacular. We can't wait to come back!!"

"Lucy sent us a message that we could check in early and gave us lots of good recommendations for things to do. The house was very well appointed with everything we needed and we absolutely loved the view from patio deck. We were sure to have all of our meals outside. Kids loved fishing on the pond from the canoe. We would love to come back someday. Thank you Lucy and Mike!"
