Nice hotel, lobby was amazing with lots of comfortable seating, outdoor fireplace, small basketball court on site, etc.
Overall clean everything was nice although for a new hotel, wall paper already peeling in hallways and shower was getting a little scummy. The back doors and ledges inside were full of dist and dead bugs, just needs a little TLC in common areas.

This is our third time staying here and we will definitely be back. It is so close to the amazing short pump outlet mall. The staff are so friendly and helpful.

While there was a hiccup with my room on the first day, it was handled quickly and professionally. I travel to Richmond, VA 5-6 times a year and I think I've found my go-to hotel.
