Smell of Humidity

Hotel is not new but decent materials and equipments. However window is not possible to open and room has very bad humidity smell that makes hard to breathe and smells everything.

Génial !

Séjour très agréable ! Le personnel parlait très très peu français, mais plutôt bien anglais la majeure partie du temps. Le personnel était très accueillant. Je précise que nous sommes tombés sur une cheffe cuisinière dont les plats étaient excellentissimes !

Nice location place a bit worn down but was only there a few hours for sleep I would actually go back if it wasn’t so expensive more like a 2 star hotel definitely not good for wheelchair users would be great if they decorated the rooms more but a pleasant stay

I was happy with the very friendly & helpful staff. They made up for any other unpleasantries. This is not a 4 star hotel. The reviews about the carpet & other outdated furnishings are correct. The hotel management should update this facility ASAP. I was kindly upgraded to a suite, which was nice, after I was still charged for a night I missed due to a late flight. The smell & the unsightly stains on the ceiling were not nice. The room was comfortable and clean. Ask for an extra key if you don't want the room to be hot if you leave. The safe was easy to use. I had to ask for the outside waiting area to be cleaned. Other than that, I have all good to say about the hotel. It is less than a minute walk to the above ground metro rail system- 30 minutes from downtown Porto for around 3.00 euro. There is a café nearby, a Pizza Hut, a cleaners, and a grocery store, all within a 2-3 minute walking distance. The only meal I had at the hotel was breakfast and it was well worth the cost of 5.50 euros. The breakfast attendant Samuel was over the top efficient & kind. Diana at the front desk was especially kind as well! My early morning trip to the airport was only 15.00 euro including the tip/ no traffic. This is a good location if travelling north to Braga or Guimaraes. Wi-Fi strength is good. They also have a Downtown Porto location in the middle of everything & seems to be in a far better condition. I popped in to check out the roof top bar & smoking section.

Upgraded to a suite, which was nice as we had lots of room for all our stuff. But housekeeping patchy and not done at all on second day. This is a one night stay hotel which is right next to Metro for Porto (which is why we stayed there) and very convenient for road connection to airport.

O hotel Premium Maia é uma boa opção de hospedagem na região. O quarto é bom, espaçoso e limpo. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos também. Sempre fui muito bem atendido por eles. Um ponto que poderia ser melhor é o café da manhã, pois acredito que poderia ter mais variedades, mas mesmo assim não deixou a desejar na minha opinião.
