"The view from the room was a storage container. the property was clean but basic. There were a few issues in the bathroom (I received a handicapped room). The soap holder was broken, Some light switches throughout the room either didn't do anything or did things like turn off the tv which didn't make sense. There was a dehumidifier in the room which was fine but made me wonder if there was a leak/water issue? "

"I arrived at the hotel and checked in, only to find another guest already occupying my assigned room. This was quite surprising and frustrating. The manager attempted to find me a different room, but unfortunately, all available rooms were fully booked. Additionally, I found the area surrounding the hotel to be quite unsettling; it felt unsafe and unpleasant. Overall, the experience was disappointing and far from what I expected. I won’t be booking here again in the future."
