Par contre le parking, situé à l'arrière permet un accès direct au premier étage. Les manœuvres dans le parking souterrain sont parfois compliquées et il peut être plein mais il existe aussi un parking extérieur. Hotel calme alors qu'on pourrait craindre les bruits du bar/restaurant de la piscine. La chambre est assez spacieuse et le lit confortable. Hotel situé au cœur même de la ville, avec toute l'attractivité de Flinders street, et Palmer Street, de l'autre côté du creek, n'est qu'à 600m. Je n'ai pas pris le petit déjeuner ni dîné sur place." La chambre est grande et bien équipée avec coin cuisine complet incluant un lave vaisselle et une buanderie (lave linge et sèche linge) La seule limite est, comme souvent en australie, le manque de prise électriques disponibles. En particulier au niveau de la tête de lit. La vue depuis la terrasse est très limitée. Le quartier propose un grand nombre d'options de restauration. Il y a aussi une supérette à proximité.
