This is a lovely hotel for relaxing & enjoying peace & tranquility of Salento
The rooms are spacious lovely & super comfy beds & well cleaned every day
The restaurant has a daily menu & food is great quality, my wife is Vegan and the staff & Chef made dinners for her every night!!
The staff are absolutely awesome! Nothing is too much trouble for them they really are fantastic & worked hard to make our stay perfect for us

Staying at Nohasi Palace Boutique Hotel was one of the highlights of our trip to Puglia, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like cherished guests rather than just visitors. They were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure every little detail of our stay was taken care of. It's rare to find a team so genuinely invested in your experience.
The property itself is breathtaking. The architecture, the grounds, the thoughtful touches throughout. The food was great too, from breakfast featuring homemade pastries original to Puglia to dinners that didn’t disappoint.
And no stay here would be complete without meeting Mamini. The hotel's resident cat has clearly appointed herself the official welcoming committee, and she takes the role very seriously. After long, sun-soaked days exploring the stunning Puglia region, Mamini was there to welcome us back and see us to our room.
We would recommend a stay at Nohasi Palace for anyone seeking a hidden gem of a hotel in the heart of Puglia.

Hotel was beautiful and the staff were gracious. The only recommendations would be to be more clear about the private beach. They do not have a reserved beach and a few days the beaches were booked. Also when we booked the room description had a plunge pool but it was a hot tub.

Everything was beautiful. This was a 16 th century palace converted into a hotel in 1997. Totally amazing. The best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. Plush, lush, extravagant, and phenomenal. In the best location. A phenomenal experience.
