The staff was very accommodating when arrived a day early and helpful with our luggage. A lovely breakfast buffet was also included. We would stay here again while travelling through Bari. Thank you

We were put into a handicap room, which is not what we asked for. It was just blah. No furniture in the room was huge. It was like an apartment, but there was nothing in it except the bed. There was construction right underneath us, which made it very uncomfortable in the morning to try to sleep in
