Beautiful location and very comfortable stay

Great 2 night stay with friends. Staff excellent and very helpful.

The hotel itself is very nice, clean and well done. When we checked in, there was an issue with the a/c unit and instead of giving us a room that had a working ac, we found out the entire 2nd floor was without ac. We checked in late and they could've put us on a different floor but I think miscommunication with staff made the problems worse. No fans were avail either so we spent the night drenched in sweat. Breakfast was free and was excellent, laundry facilities were excellent, Parking however IS an issue at this place. Keep in mind everything closes early so trying to get a meal at a restaurant after 8 pm is not possible. We stayed two nights, spoke to the manager about the issues and they gave us 10,000 points to our membership with a written apology explaining the situation which I appreciated. Hotel needs to do a better job of informing front desk staff on issues so they know what to tell us when theres a problem. Not kept us waiting for over 2 hours to find out no fans were available. Nor was it a good idea to tell us to park in a handicap spot and then call us late at night to move the car. Proper communication is necessary for any hospitality operation to work
