Tucked away in the trees at 3,800 feet, Ivy’s Cabin offers a peaceful blend of rustic charm and modern convenience. This 2-bedroom + loft, 2-bath log cabin is the perfect private getaway for couples, families, or small groups looking to unwind in the heart of the Smoky Mountains.

This inviting log cabin accommodates up to 6 guests and features:

• Loft with 2 Twin beds
• Master en-suite with walk-in shower

  • An incredible motorcycle museum! I found out about the place after seeing it on various tv shows, American Pickers, Chasing Classic Cars, and Jay Leno's Garage, included. Once you get inside, you really don't know how you are going to take it all in. It is huge! All of the motorcycles run and during our visit, the curator was starting and taking random bikes out for a spin. A must see!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and beautifully decorated. The scenery of the surrounding area was beautiful. We would definitely stay again. The only thing I could suggest would be more comfortable living room furniture.

Perfect spot

I wish my stay could have been longer! Such a cute cabin with everything you need and in such a perfect location! The hosts were super responsive and extremely accommodating! Beds were comfy, cabin was clean and welcoming. I will definitely come back to Maggie Valley and stay at Ivy’s Cabin again.

Christmas with Mice!!!

The cabin was very unsanitary and unsafe for people to be staying in. There were mouse/rat droppings all over the cabin, from the bedding to the kitchen drawers and shelves. When I contact the owner, there was a late response to send a cleaner to the cabin but we had already cleaned the cabin to make it even possible to stay there a few hours. We could hear the mice in the walls in the loft and had to clean the cabin repeatedly during our stay, especially the kitchen. I asked them for a refund for the entire stay but was only offered to get the cleaning fee refunded. I was told that they are not going to give me a full refund because they said they were going to give me a different cabin to stay in, but this was not communicated at any time during the stay but after I already checked out. I will never stay at any properties that is managed by this management company.

Ivy’s Cabin is Awesome

Ivy’s Cabin is amazing. It is even better than the VRBO description. One little suggestion would better signage to get you to Ivy’s Cabin but after you are there once it’s not a big deal! Sitting relaxing on the porch after a day of exploring the beautiful mountains is the best part of the day!

We were in the area for a wedding at Cataloochee Ranch. This cabin was perfectly located. Also it was super clean, updated, comfortable, full of little touches, and really private. Perfect for two. Perfect for a family. Owners were so accommodating—which we greatly appreciated. I highly recommend. We'll be back.

Rustic with amenities.

Cabin is spotless, with modern appliances and upgrades. The hosts think of everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would recommend this cabin for anyone desiring a tranquil and private place at elevation yet close to stores, restaurants and local attractions. We saw Elk on the way to and from the cabin a couple times. We had all the comforts of home! Easy check-in! We would stay again.

Cabin in Maggie Valley - 72 Huff

This cabin was spectacular and magical! When we entered the cabin, it was so clean and it smelled really good. The cabin is fully equipped with anything you might need, you can tell the owners thought about everything that a guest might need even the smallest details. The outside area was very relaxing and we even saw elks that were super close to us when we were outside! The cabin was stunning and the decor was too. I would 100% recommend staying in this cabin, truly an amazing experience. The owners were very respectful and kind and when we needed help with something the communication was really good and they were super helpful.

Can’t recommend enough!

This was the PERFECT home for a quiet stay. You can truly only hear nature. If you’re looking to unplug this is your place. While it’s tucked away, it’s only a quick drive to town and the blue ridge parkway!

Peaceful Cabin in the Mountains

Cabin was quiet and the perfect hideaway in an almost fully enclosed wooded area in the Maggie Valley area. Everything was well thought out and put together inside and outside the cabin. Had everything we needed and there are numerous outdoor activities and scenic drives not far from the property. The house was very clean and inviting, we would love to return if we are ever in the area again. A very relaxing destination. Only words of caution are that the internet can be pretty slow at times (to be expected) and the drive up to the house from the main road is pretty steep and winding, requiring some aggressive driving at times.
