Large deck area with a hot-tub, dining seating area and a gas grill. Has a king master bedroom, 2 queen Bedrooms, 1 bunkbed room. A stone wood burning fireplace on the main floor, covered porch with sitting area right off the dining area & kitchen. Three flat screen TV’s, Wi-Fi, dining room seats 8 comfortably. Two car garage, well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer. PLEASE READ BEFORE RESERVING: NO MOTORCYCLES OR SLINGSHOTS ARE ALLOWED IN THIS COMMUNITY. The check in process was great - quick, simple and the communication with the property management was excellent! The neighborhood is great for walks and had a playground that our toddler loved. House was spotless and had everything that was listed in the listing - playroom, 4 bedroom, and access to garage from bottom floor. We wanted a different scene during our “stay at home” time. This property was just what we needed. Lots of fun right at the house. The hot tub, shuffle board, ring toss game and foosball were super fun. The views were incredible, and the cool mountain air soothed our souls. The property has great furnishings and decor. It has a big deck with rocking chairs, outdoor dining and gas grill. We spent lots of time in the screened in porch. Keep in mind, property is a mountain home, so you must use stairs. No outside fire-pit, but an amazing fireplace. Lots of other little details that made it a stress free stay, like weather info panel, high tech (but easy) thermostat, and garage parking. If you like to cook, bring your own chef knife and cast iron skillet, they have just about everything else. Lots of spices and Tupperware, but you need to bring your own coffee, aluminum foil, paper towels, a few garbage bags, etc. We hiked every day and took our dog to swim at Lake Junaluska. If you are looking to stay in this area, you will not be disappointed with this home away from home. ##### Mary H.
