Saddle room and studio

The Sattelzimmer and Studio have been lovingly restored and revitalized. From the balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the private park, which is home to many species of birds. In the summer (during select weeks), you can relax by the pool or play tennis. A nearby fish pond is perfect for fishing (trout). The Ottmanach Estate is located right next to Ottmanach Castle. The “Sattelzimmer” vacation rental (a double bedroom with a bathroom on the first floor) and the “Studio” (a single bed on the first floor with a bathroom and kitchen) are comfortably furnished. Antiques, paintings, and books from days gone by create a pleasant atmosphere in the vacation rental. In the Studio, you can watch old movies on a large screen. A cozy sitting area and the kitchen invite you to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. <br>The Ottmanach Estate, over 400 years old, is nestled amid peaceful, unspoiled nature at the foot of the Magdalensberg. The Ottmanach Estate is one of the oldest estates in Carinthia, dating back to the 12th century. The Ottmanach Estate includes many hectares of forest, orchards, ponds, and its own schnapps distillery with a schnapps cellar.<br>The grounds of the Ottmanach Estate offer guests a fantastic view over southern Carinthia, the Drau River, and all the way to the Karawanken Mountains. The village of Ottmanach lies in the heart of Carinthia. Italy and Slovenia are only 45 minutes away.<br>Pets are warmly welcome at our accommodations.<br><br>In the summer, our pool (available only on select weeks and for a fee) and sunbathing lawn are at your disposal. We’re happy to provide information about using the pool at any time. There, you can relax in complete peace and seclusion, surrounded by a magnificent park. <br><br>We have three vacation apartments that can be booked together. This accommodates up to 14 people for a group vacation. <br><br>Local tax: EUR 2.70 per person per night—payable on site.
