We were grateful to find a good hotel that was dog friendly as we were travelling with our Cocker Spaniel. The room was a little worn in places but otherwise a very good stay. "This is a small, family run, boutique hotel in a little village just off the main motorway. Everywhere was spotless and the staff were very helpful. We checked in through an intercom at the main entrance which was unexpected but worked well. Dinner was served in the breakfast/dining area with limited options but it was freshly cooked to order and very good. There were also hot and cold options for breakfast and again, it was all cooked to order. Our dogs were very welcome too. We will definitely return if we are in this area again. "
