Best Place to Stay in Minakami

Minakamikan is a great place to Stay, Clean and bright interior. Onsen was very nice, rooms have been keep in top shape, with new fresh tatami mats, clean walls, etc. Buffett breakfast had a lot of choices, Japanese and some western items. Wi-Fi in lobby only. free transport to and from Minakami station can be arranged.

部屋のトイレがなんの臭いかわからないが臭かった。換気扇が壊れているのか、消してもつけても動作音がなかった。ご飯は美味しかったし、あまりきれいではなかったけど、風呂もたくさんあり、とても楽しめた。機会があればまた行きたいです。

名門旅館の質、カムバックを期待する

①食事に関しては大満足。特に朝食は種類が豊富で地域性も加味してあって素晴らしい ②部屋も綺麗で広く大満足。ただ夜暖房が暑いので切ろうとしたがスイッチがなく調整できなかった。またフロントに聞こうとしたが不通で、このあたりが不満足 ③建物の外壁がペンキが剥がれかけており見苦しい。 ④お風呂は素晴らしいのだが、特に牧水の湯、そこへ向かう畳廊下はシミが多く、高級ホテルにしてはどうなのかな。高級客としてのおもてなし感がぐんと低下した。また壁の凹みも直さず、ほったらかし。 ⑤スキー客用の旅館ではないと割り切っているのか、乾燥室は宴会場を改装したもの。それでも良いのだが、まったく掃除をしておらず、蝉の抜け殻が部屋の真ん中にあった。ということは夏場からまったく掃除をしていないということか。そこへ案内してくれた従業員もまったく気にしていない。 支配人はホテルの隅々までチェックしないのかな。 ⑥総括。昔は皇族も泊まられたようだし、名門旅館のはず。それに恥じないマネージメントをしてもらいたい。 昔は有名人が泊まっているので素晴らしい遺産がいっぱいある。 是非頑張ってほしいとエールを送るものです。 また泊まりに行きますのでよろしくお願いします。

お掃除が行き届いてないと感じました。川の音がするお部屋でふすまを開けたら窓がとても汚かったです。お風呂の窓も同様に汚かったです。備え付けのシャンプーが全然泡がたちません。 その他、子供が卓球をしたくて来たが工事をしているとの事で使用出来ませんでした。残念でした。 食事は美味しかったです。

再生旅館ならではではで無駄な費用をかけていないのがよくわかります。温泉がメイン旅館なのでその点はいいと思います。外国人スタッフもしっかり教育されていました。料理、飲み放題満足です。

過去最悪

コロナ対策は宿泊者任せでとても危険です。夕食は事前確認したにも関わらずグレードダウンされていました。宿泊を取りやめる旨話すと料理が差し替えられたので継続しましたが、とても不快な思いをさせられました。老舗で黙っていても客が来ると思っている感じがあります。大浴場も大声で会話するグループがいるし、朝食のバイキングも特筆する工夫もなく、すべて既製品を温めた程度なのに、なぜ高評価があるのかわかりません。

夫婦で利用させて頂きました。建物自体は少し古さを感じましたが1番リーズナブルなプランだったので特に気にはならない程度です。風呂は良かった。近くに美味しい餃子のある町中華もあり機会があれば宿にも町中華にも、また訪れたいです。
