Sure back in the US we have products such as Arizona Green tea but I know now that is not green tea, they can not even claim it to be green tea “flavored”. It took a bit to warm up to the true flavor of green tea but now that I have I could never go back to any kind of imitation. If you are a green tea fan such as myself, there is one place you must visit if in Northern Thailand and that is Choui Fong Tea Plantation. Here, on this huge green tea plantation, you can enjoy green tea at the source. If you’re like me and have a bit of a sweet tooth, you can also enjoy sweeter treats such as green tea desserts and cold sweet green tea beverages all while staring out into an ocean of green tea.

"I had such an amazing stay at Secret Corner. The room and common areas are spotless, and the rooftop was such a great spot! I found myself spending my mornings on the rooftop doing work, and spending evenings on the rooftop socializing. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helped me plan some of my day to day itineraries. I would come back to Secret Corner next time I'm in Chiang Rai in a heartbeat."

"This place is amazing! So simple and clean. The NICEST staff ever! We were there for several days and they made every day so wonderful with smiles, their most perfect baby, their amazing drinks in the cafe, and absolutely anything we needed (cabs, advice, figuring out how to eat certain foods)! I LOVED my stay here and will hopefully be back! I HIGHLY recommend!"

"For others to read. Stayed 4 nights which gave me 3 full days in Chiang Rai. My stay at the Mora was perfect. Chilled out, spotlessly clean, room was nice, breakfast and/or a meal on the roof terrace was good I cannot speak highly enough about the staff. "What stood out for me at Le Meridien was the impressive layout and design of the entire resort; it was very beautiful, more so as its location is by the banks of the Kok River. Lovely gardens with pathways meandering around the hotel complex; great for a leisurely walk! Friendly, helpful staff. Not many restaurants to choose ( within the resort) from but quality of food is superb. Great breakfast."
