Modern and full of color, it is made up of a living/dining room, with American kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Also, the living room has a sofa bed which is perfect for three people. As well as Calle Goya itself, one of the most commercial streets in Madrid, in the Salamanca area there are some of the best fashion, jewelry and decor companies It is the ‘Golden mile’ of Madrid. Ideal for shopping, wandering around or eating in some of the coolest restaurants in the capital. We want you to enjoy your stay and not be inconvenienced by something which can be fixed or replaced. Departure should be before 11:00 am, if you require a later departure let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate you, providing our next arrival is not early the same day. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to turn lights and A/C off, leave the keys on the table, and shut the door on your way out. We will inspect the apartment after your departure and return the refundable deposit minus any damages which may have occurred within 7 to 10 working days. Please note that the client is liable for the correct and decent behavior of all the persons accompanying him/her. Should that person or any of the persons accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable and responsible way, Luxury Rentals Madrid shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the apartment without the right for the latter to claim any type of compensation. Important Information: Never leave the key in the lock on the inside when you leave the apartment, as the door will be locked and it will be necessary to open it by a locksmith, the cost of which, in such case, will be charged to the tenant. FOR YOUR SAFETY, do not forget to lock the door (turn the lock completely) every time you leave the apartment to avoid unwanted intrusions. The apartment looks just like the pictures, nicely decorated and stocked with everything you could possibly need including a full washer/dryer. More than enough room for a single person or couple. Also really well situated close to several supermarkets, an El Corte Ingles (large department store) and 3 metro stops as well as Retiro (urban park). Bit of a bumpy check in but mostly my fault as I didn’t check junk mail. Once I connected with the host he was very friendly and helpful. An easy 5 out of 5 stars. ##### Kurtis P.
