This hotel is great. Positioned around various restaurants and bars but also quite area so no issues with noise. Hotel also allowed for extended check out time which we greatly appreciated. Rooms are clean and roomy with all required facilities. Great place.

The hotel location couldn’t have been better. Easy walk to everything, from food and drinks to the Retiro Park. Great customer service and great rooms. Parking also available since we had a rental car. I will highly recommended.

The room was amazing! AC was essential during the heatwave in Madrid at the time. We called the front desk to ask for an iron for our shirts, and they were at our door with it 30 seconds later! Excellent service.
