We are very grateful and blessed to stay at this hotel! It’s clean. The staff are always friendly and helpful! Especially Laura and Daisy. These two are super nice and helpful!!! Thank you!!

I booked this hotel because of its proximity to the train station (5-minute walk) however I was extremely impressed with the hotel. My room was large with a king size bed (extremely comfortable), many electrical outlets, good heating/AC and very clean. The bathroom had a shower with lots of pressure and hot water. Check in was quick and easy and the front desk staff were very pleasant. When I asked how to get to the train station one of the staff went outside with me and showed me two...

Central location but still quiet. Hit shower and nice buffet breakfast

Good location not far from airport. Free shuttle to terminal 4 only lots of restaurants and grocery stores near by Clean and cool roof top lounge area and bar

Good location. In the walking distance to almost everything. Clean. Clean. Clean. Friendly staff. At the bar, Ricardo (Real Madrid fan) makes the best sangria. Manuela, at the reception, was very nice and helpful. The complementary snacks, food, and beverages offered daily (after 1PM, until evening) were appreciated by everyone.
