Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© dans cet hĂŽtel le temps d’un week-end prolongĂ©. Globalement, l’hĂŽtel est trĂšs bien : la chambre Ă©tait spacieuse, confortable, et bien Ă©quipĂ©e, rien Ă  redire de ce cĂŽtĂ©-lĂ . En revanche, il y a eu quelques points dĂ©cevants. Nous sommes arrivĂ©s le vendredi matin, et il n’a jamais Ă©tĂ© prĂ©cisĂ© que le mĂ©nage ne serait pas fait du week-end. Aucun passage le samedi ni le dimanche, ce qui veut dire que pendant tout notre sĂ©jour, la chambre n’a pas Ă©tĂ© nettoyĂ©e une seule fois. Pour un hĂŽtel, on s’attend Ă  un minimum de suivi sur la propretĂ©, c’est d’ailleurs une des raisons principales pour lesquelles on choisit ce type d’hĂ©bergement. Autre point regrettable : le lundi, aprĂšs avoir libĂ©rĂ© la chambre Ă  l’heure (avant midi), nous avons demandĂ© s’il Ă©tait possible de laisser nos valises Ă  la rĂ©ception le temps de notre aprĂšs-midi Ă  Madrid (notre vol Ă©tait en soirĂ©e). On nous a rĂ©pondu que ce n’était possible que moyennant un supplĂ©ment, ce qui est assez inhabituel et peu arrangeant pour les voyageurs. C’est dommage, car l’hĂŽtel en lui-mĂȘme est beau, pratique et agrĂ©able, mais ces petits manques au niveau du service font une vraie diffĂ©rence dans l’expĂ©rience globale.
