### NEW area. Premium Apartment in Retiro area

Spectacular 106 m2 apartment, recently renovated, located on a quiet street in the Salamanca district, just 300 meters from the Retiro park.   
  
Strategically located in the city's trendy neighborhood, very well connected (Metro Principe de Vergara and Goya), and close to all areas of interest in the city.  
  
Ideal for couples and families of up to 4 people, who want to enjoy Madrid and all its attractions in a comfortable space, in one of the best neighborhoods in the city.  
  
THE SPACE  
  
It is a fabulous recently renovated property with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one of them en suite) and a toilet.   
  
Additionally, you have a comfortable living room integrated with the kitchen, laundry room and work area (attached to the main room)  
  
The master bedroom is very spacious, has an en-suite bathroom, built-in wardrobe, a king size bed (200 x 200 cms), work area, a 65-inch smart TV, and a small balcony.  
  
The second bedroom has two 110 x 200 cm beds, a built-in wardrobe and a small balcony.  
  
The living room is integrated with the open kitchen. In the kitchen you have all the necessary elements for you to enjoy your stay, and in the living room area there is a 55-inch smart TV.  
  
The laundry area is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.  
  
The entire apartment is exclusively for guests. The building has an elevator.  
  
If you have any questions, please let me know. Happy to recommend restaurants and bars (the area is moving fasts and new eating experiences are popping up on a monthly basis :) )  
  
Important: no parties/noise allowed and this is a exclusive building.

El piso es espectacular. Todo es de alta calidad. La decoración es moderna & elegante. Los muebles, las camas y todas los accesorios de buena calidad y función. Nuestro anfitrión fue muy amable con buena comunicación antes y durante el viaje. El área del piso está en un reparto acogedor y todo está muy cerca y de agrado. No lo pienses, este piso es una gran de decisión. Regresaríamos sin duda. La pasamos muy bien. Gracias Ricardo!

#### Great stay in Madrid 

Beautiful and comfortable apartment in the Salamanca neighborhood, which is elegant and upscale. Ricardo was extremely helpful and accommodating when we were delayed and took the time to show us around the apartment even late at night. Great restaurants and shops, but also quiet which suited us, as we did not want to be in the middle of heavily touristic activity. Within walking distance of museums and park.
