The reception staff, all but one fellow made me feel like I was imposing when i approached the counter. Almost like thet were doing me a favour and I was interrupting them. The staff treated Spanish speaking guests differently, they were offered more options for dinners than us non speaking Spanish.

The barman, Juan Carlos was an absolute delight, so friendly and welcoming each evening. We enjoyed the ambiance in the bar and the interaction with other guests and Juan Carlos. We thoroughly recommend Hotel Liabeny!

Very nice and clean property. Excellent location for tourists and walking distance to many restaurants. There needs to be instructions on how the light switches work. Nothing works unless you put your room card in the slot by the door. We could never figure out how to turn off the bathroom light, maybe it was broken. There was a slight sewer smell in the bathroom once in a while.

This property is awesome. Super well located. Walking distance to major attractions. Staff was great specially the concierge. He helped with all our tickets reservations. Overall I would recommend this property.

Nice hotel room but had an a-joining room & I could hear a person snoring loudly. My room also smells of smoke mildly not sure why. Outside there is a building site so keeping the windows open to dilute the smoke smell was not ideal. The room was clean & nice so a bit unfortunate. Should have ask to move but a joining locked room would have been better suited to a family.

Easy check in, rooms are big and clean, recently remodeled. Great walkable location, we enjoy our stay. Front desk very helpful for info on the city and ordering taxi for airport as needed.

Great location but construction works right outside. Efficient and helpful staff. No free drinking water (only from mini bar) or tea/coffee making facility in the rooms which I complained about and was rectified.

This hotel was absolutely in the perfect spot for walking around the historic areas of Madrid. It was in the heart of shopping and dining. . Breakfast was great and the restaurant was delicious however the only thing was our room location. We were in room 30 which is one floor up but facing the front. It was loud ALL NIGHT LONG People fighting, garbage trucks and I mean at all hours. 3am 5am. So overall GREAT PLACE. just don’t get a room facing the front

Impecable service. We travelled with a baby that needed naps every 2-3 hours, thus it was very convenient to be in a hotel so well located. Also, they offered us a room in a quiet area. They responded to our all questions before the trip on time. Overall one of the best experiences with hotels I ever had.

I always stay in this hotel but this time I wa a little bid disappointed because I moved from room because the air conditioning was not working and the second room got flooded every time we shower. The staff is very friendly and I have to recognize this hotel is excellent . I have been the 3 times and this is my first time with inconvenients

We were very happy with all aspects of the Hotel Liabeny. The room was clean, comfortably and much bigger than I expected which was quite nice since we had our grandaughter with us. The location was very convenient and within walking distance of the Plaza Mayor and the Puerta del Sol as well as many restaurants and bars. The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. Lastly, the buffet breakfast was wonderful! We will definitely plan on staying here during our next visit. Thank you!

Very nice hotel well located, looks recently renovated. Metro station Sol very close by. Staff was very helpful and polite. My only complain is that I wish they had a coffee maker in the room. I know you can rent one from the hotel ($15 euros a night, very expensive in my opinion) but it would be nicer to have it in the room.

The hotel was in a central location, however close to construction and gatherings of homeless people. The property and room were clean and in very good condition. Although I had asked for a quite room, I was given a room that was subject to high internal noise due to elevator vibrations and continuous slamming of service room doors by (probably) staff late into the night. Also, based on a previous stay in another room, not a quite hotel at all
