Rooms are very nice and new and kept very clean. Location is great, right in the heart of Sol, everything you need and want is in walking distance, bars and restaurants, stores, clubs. My only single complaint about this place is that they do not have an attendant available 24/7, so one night I accidentally left my key in the room and was not able to get let in until the next morning. The best thing it has going for it is the a/c. Nice and cool 😁. The bathroom was a big disappointment. They say deep soaking tub but it was basically no tub at all. It’s right by Plaza del Sol and they were concerts every night we were there so it was very noisy. The girls at the desk where is very nice. It’s on the fourth floor There is a lift but very small.
