The house, recently renovated duplex, is equipped with 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom, a complete and equipped kitchen and living room;   
  
It is distributed on two floors connected with a beautiful staircase. It is perfect to accommodate up to 3 people, ideal for families or groups of friends. The house is located right very close of the Retiro Park!   
  
The location of the house is perfect for visiting Madrid without having to use public transport.   
  
It is very central. Guest Access: Heating, Washing machine, Dryer, Fridge, Microwave, Coffee maker, Kitchen utensils, Dishwasher, Iron, TV, Shower, Bed linen, Towels, Hairdryer, WIFI. 1st floor
