This bright and spacious 3 bedroom apartment is ideal for a vacation in Madrid with your family or friends. Located in the famous Malasaña neighborhood and very close to the Gran Vía, you will have a privileged location in the capital. In its surroundings you will find a wide range of entertainment, stores and exquisite restaurants, and you can walk to the main tourist attractions. You will discover buildings that you will fall in love with, and the excellent atmosphere at any time of the day will surely make you want to extend your stay a few more days.

The apartment is excellently communicated to just 5 min from Callao subway and different bus lines, and less than 10 min from Sol suburban station (Train, Metro), you will also be only 2 min from Carrefour Express.



The apartment has three bedrooms, equipped with two double beds and a bunk bed with viscoelastic mattresses, the stay is united in a bright and spacious living room with double sofa bed with Italian system, fully equipped kitchenette with utensils and appliances to complement the stay, has two bathrooms with shower. It has different elements that will make the stay even more comfortable, such as heating with individual gas boiler, WiFi network, flat TV, alarm system, windows with thermal bridge, shutters and tilt and turn windows.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Madrid near Gran Vía. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and major attractions.The apartment itself was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It was comfortable and worked perfectly for our stay.Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish—quick responses, clear instructions, and very helpful throughout our visit.Overall, we were extremely happy with the service and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Location, location, location!

This apartment is amazing for a family! Perfectly located in the city, somehow quiet and right next to the fun. It’s close to so many of sites, it makes for a great oasis from the mid-day sun! The hosts are attentive and helpful and the apartment is well maintained and well equipped!

Pictures look much better than what we got

We had a really difficult time sleepling because all the pipes of the building sound when someone goes to the bathroom. The matresses on the bunk bed were really thin. And the living/dining area was really small espcially for 6 people. There were not enough glasses or cups

Location location location!

We appreciated being in the heart of everything right off Gran Via close enough to be quiet and restful. Contacting with the property manager was easy enough. The accommodations offered plenty of room for us, 2 adults & 3 kids. There are areas for improvement in housekeeping and presentation of the interior such as: the couch had stains on the cushions where one would usually sit and it had lost it’s overall shape. The interior trim around the doors of the guest rooms were was loose and pulling away from the walls. The walls had rub marks as throughout and failed to appear according to the pics on their listing. The bed linen in the guest room in the hall, not the master with en-suite, had what appeared to be red nail polish or possibly blood at the bottom of the white bedspread. The door handle of the same room was broken and came off the door when opened from the inside, we did not yank on the door handle. The washing (clothes) machine had a ring of sludge built up in the door seal. We cleaned it out so we would have clean clothes. I make it a point to record our initial walk-thru upon entry and do the same upon exit. Apreciamos estar en el corazón de todo, justo al lado de la Gran Vía, lo suficientemente cerca como para estar tranquilos y tranquilos. Ponerse en contacto con el administrador de la propiedad fue bastante fácil. El alojamiento ofrecía mucho espacio para nosotros, 2 adultos y 3 niños. La ropa de cama en la habitación de invitados en el pasillo, no la principal con baño, tenía lo que parecía ser esmalte de uñas rojo o posiblemente sangre en la parte inferior de la colcha blanca. La manija de la puerta de la misma habitación estaba rota y se desprendió de la puerta cuando se abrió desde adentro, no tiramos de la manija de la puerta. La lavadora (ropa) tenía un anillo de lodo acumulado en el sello de la puerta. Lo limpiamos para tener ropa limpia. Me aseguro de registrar nuestro recorrido inicial al entrar y hacer lo mismo al salir.

Nice location but lacking amenities

The location is ideal, within walking distance of Gran Via and restaurants, plazas and shops. I own a VRBO rental myself in France, so there are certain expectations I have. However I found the kitchen really badly equipped. There was no dishcloth (so we had to use a bath towel), the sponge was literally cut into 1/4 and a tiny amount of dish liquid was provided. There was no breadboard, and no wine glasses at all, only 5 champagne glasses. Considering this apartment houses 8 people, I would expect at least 8 of each item, and wine glasses. The communication was not the greatest. I did not understand why they needed passport numbers in the portal for every person staying in the apartment, especially when the person checking us in didn't even ask for identification. . The apartment was clean and the linens were clean too, plenty of towels provided. The location was great, but I do think the owner needs to invest in some of the items I mention above. Other than that, we love Madrid and will be back!

Found the loaction to be ideal

We walked to the main sites in the center of town very comfortably. Access to the front entrance by car to unload is convenient and we found paid parking close by with no trouble.
