The Space:  
This brand-new apartment is designed to offer comfort and functionality in every detail, making it ideal for both short stays and longer visits.  
  
Layout and Bedrooms:  
The apartment features two double bedrooms, each equipped with a 1.35-meter-wide bed and a built-in wardrobe for practical storage. All rooms, except the bathroom, are exterior-facing and have windows that let in natural light during the day, as well as blinds to ensure complete darkness at night.  
  
Fully Equipped Kitchen:  
The kitchen is designed to meet all your needs. It includes a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, ceramic cooktop, and basic cooking utensils. You’ll also find a Nespresso coffee machine to enjoy your favorite coffee every morning.

Interaction with Guests:  
I am always available to assist guests if they need help with anything, though I kindly ask that nighttime hours be respected for non-urgent matters. As recommended by Airbnb for the safety of both guests and hosts, all communication should take place through the Airbnb app. I also kindly request that phone calls be reserved for emergencies only.
