Free Parking - Brand new, duplex, super bright

This spacious and bright duplex apartment is totally exterior and is in a recently constructed building, so everything you see is new. It is located in a very lively area that has outstanding connections: underground station by the door and close to Plaza Castilla. Ideal if you are coming by car, as it is outside the traffic restricted area. Stay in the city center, move anywhere in few minutes and forget about your car.

This building was constructed quite recently, so everything you see is new. The first thing we see is a spacious living room, pretty bright thanks to its large exterior windows. It is equipped with a 43" HD Android TV, hi-speed optical fibre internet connection (around 100mbps), A/C with heating mode and a dining area with an expandable table with room for 5 people. The kitchen is open plan and equipped with the main appliances and elements needed for cooking, apart from offering complimentary basic products such as oil, salt, coffee, sugar, etc. The apartment consists of two floors. On the lower floor we can find the hall, the living room, one bathroom and one double bedroom with a 1,35m bed. On the upper room there is a bathroom, one double bedroom with a 1,35m bed and one single bedroom with a 1,05m bed. All bedrooms are equipped with A/C with heating mode and built-in wardrobes that will allow you to keep all your clothes and belongings comfortably. Both bathrooms have a shower cabin, large mirror and electric radiator / towel dryer. The area is quiet during the night and the double bedrooms are oriented to a private patio, so silence and rest are during the night are guaranteed. The parking spot is 1 minute away from the apartment and is spacious enough but room for maneuvering is a bit tight and very long cars may face difficulties accessing the parking spot. I strongly recommend you check with me if your car will fit in the parking spot before booking.

The apartment is not rented by rooms, so guests will enjoy the entire apartment exclusively for their own during their stay. The only shared space is the garage, which is shared with all the neighbours in the building. Everyone has an allocated parking spot, so you will always have a spot available for you.

The area where the apartment is located is a residential neighborhood, quite lively during the day as there are lots of small business around, so this location is ideal if you are looking for action during the day and a good night rest, as there is no nightlife (clubs or pubs) nearby, so silence and rest during the night are guaranteed. The area offers lots of bars, restaurants and multiple leisure options. If you are a football fan, the Santiago Bernabeu stadium is just a 15 minutes walk away and it is surrounded by fancy restaurants, pubs and clubs. Bravo Murillo and Infanta Mercedes streets offer a varied gastronomic offer (see the guide for more detailed info). If you would like to explore the city's cultural scene, 5 minutes away you may visit the Fundación Canal gallery, which offers a wide variety of exhibitions throughout the year. Close to the apartment you can find a 24h petrol station and 1 minute away there are several supermarkets, chemists and convenience stores.

Guests will be provided with a complimentary parking spot in a private underground garage located 1 minute away from the apartment (please, check with me before booking if your car is suitable for this parking spot). The nearest underground station (Valdeacederas, line 1) is literally 1 minute away and it takes you directly to Puerta del Sol in 15-20 minutes. Near the apartment there are several bus stops and a public car park. The apartment is located outside the traffic restricted area called Madrid 360 so, if you are traveling by car, you will not have any problems to get to the apartment, with the exception of high pollution episodes when restrictions apply to the entire city and old highly polluting vehicles which cannot circulate inside the M30. I recommend searching information on the internet about Madrid ZBE (Low Emissions Zone).

The apartment is completely electric and eco-friendly as it is connected to the solar panels and batteries on the rooftop which save energy during the day. Hot water works thanks to an electric tank which, if emptied completely, only takes some 30 minutes to be working again. There is no gas installation in the apartment nor in the building, which is a safety enhancement itself.

Unser Aufenthalt diente lediglich der Übernachtung nach einem Champions League Spiels mit 5 Erwachsenen. Die Buchung und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer verlief über FeWo problemlos und sehr schnell. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Ein Neubau ist es nicht (war auch nicht beschrieben), daher muss man mit leichten abnutzungsspuren rechnen. Diese waren aber nicht schlimm. Die Unterkunft war sehr ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war für uns fast ideal, da es zu Fuß nur 20 min zum Estadio Bernabeu waren. Die Metro ist direkt um die Ecke, somit hat man eine sehr gute Anbindung und kommt unproblematisch in alle Ecken der Stadt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!!!!
