Latina Village is a fantastic apartment located just steps from Puerta de Toledo, placing you very close to the city center — the perfect spot for spending time in Madrid.   
  
The apartment features a bright living room-kitchen area with a balcony, while the bedrooms face the interior, ensuring a quiet and restful night’s sleep. Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds, ideal for a medium or long-term stay in Madrid.   
  
In the living room-kitchen, you’ll find a cozy chaise-longue sofa, dining table, and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing with a movie after a long day of work or study.   
  
The apartment also offers two full bathrooms with modern showers and a brand-new kitchen.   
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and a complete set of kitchenware, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, and cutlery.

#### Sehr schöne moderne Wohnung im Latina Quartier

Ruhig, ohne Verkehrslärm und sehr zentral. Sehr gute Übergabe und Betreuung. Die Wohnung ist hell, ruhig und hat alles was man sich wünscht. Top Lage.
