I had a great stay here and really enjoyed the overall experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The location was also very convenient, with plenty of places nearby to eat and explore. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great and very helpful staff;excellent location with a variety of good and affordable restaurants); scenic views on both sides and good access to public transport (including Barajas Airport). Its a shame I can't get access to the gym next door though this is not the fault of the hotel

Friendly check in staff, clean room, gave more of hostel vibes then hotel. No real issues except I personally feel for the price I would of liked something that felt more like a hotel otherwise I could of booked a hostel. My biggest complaint was if anyone in the hallway talked or open/shut their door you could hear it in our room. Great breakfast options and plenty of different types of seating was def a plus.

Amazing location! Felt safe while traveling alone with my teenage sons. Tips: BYOB to the roof, lovely views. Pick up a coffee + bkfst at manolitos at the mall across the street and go for a stroll around the palace gardens. Subway in/out is super easy if you come from a city.

The breakfast menu was excellent! The food was diverse and tasty. The location was prime for us. We were able to do anything we needed in the neighborhood. And when we wanted to venture out, the train/subway station, and included a mall, was right across the street.
