« What a pleasant surprise.
The place is wonderful. We had a full floor and a huge balcony overlooking the local volcanic mountains.
We immensely enjoyed staying there. Unfortunately it was only for one night. We will correct this the next time.
The swimming pool is remote though, you have to take the car and beware that they have no place where to change. They told you to go to the public restrooms which are disgusting. So change at the hotel.
The pool is managed by another facility, not Crooked...

« The room was clean but had its issues. The fan never turned off, the button did not work, and we tried everything. The front staff told us to just unplug it. That was all the effort they put into helping with the situation. The remote control cover for the TV batteries did not stay on. The doorknob on the bathroom door was coming apart. The window blinds need to be replaced; they have holes. The parking is a disaster. They should have planned more parking than landscaping. I don't usually...
