« We had a wonderful stay, and even when I forgot to ask for certain accommodations and didn’t expect them to have to make up for it they still helped us and help my mom and it was one of the best days I would stay here anytime the location was beautiful. The rooms were beautiful. The cabin was beautiful. It was a really nice place to stay in. The staff was just exceptional. I will definitely be staying here again and bringing my family. »

« What a pleasant surprise.
The place is wonderful. We had a full floor and a huge balcony overlooking the local volcanic mountains.
We immensely enjoyed staying there. Unfortunately it was only for one night. We will correct this the next time.
The swimming pool is remote though, you have to take the car and beware that they have no place where to change. They told you to go to the public restrooms which are disgusting. So change at the hotel.
The pool is managed by another facility, not Crooked...

« There were spiderwebs on the mirrors, coffee pot didn't work so they brought a new one with the wrong pot, so it leaked everywhere. There was caps to needles under the bed, I paid 449 dollars for 2 nights and It was honestly extremely disappointing. »
