"Hi! We love your property. Our Bellman, Corey was excellent in providing fantastic service. Your valet parking system is disgraceful. Sunday, May 18, 2026, we called for our car and 4 attempts calling for it, 45 minutes later it arrived. Your employee working behind the counter at the valet office, was so extremely rude. It was disappointing. There was a cart in our hallway for 3 days with hangars and a 12 pack of Dr. Pepper Zero. It’s the little things."

"The hotel is located in walking distance of Broadway near the highway. This is about a 15 minute walk to the bars on Broadway. The hotel is clean and the rooms were equipped with a microwave and fridge. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet considering it is on a somewhat busy street. The pool was also nice with plenty of lounge chairs. Will definitely stay here again. "
