To prelude our stay, we called with a handful of questions about our reservation and the hotel itself and while on our call, the owner got frustrated with us asking too many things and said she had actual customers to help (as if we weren’t?) and hung up on us. The stay itself was revolting. We arrived to dirty, unwashed bedding, a blood-covered shower curtain, unplugged fridge (so we couldn’t even use it until the second day of our stay), a number of roaches, food-matted & sticky carpets, a tv that barley turned on (premium channels are included with your stay), along with country other issues. After ending our stay, my husband went to turn in our keys and tell her about the issues we encountered. Forgetting to tell the owner about the problems when he returned the keys (she already had an attitude the first time), my husband went back up to the office. As he was walking up to the door, she ran up to the entrance and slammed and locked the door in his face.
