BRAND NEW LISTING!! PRIVATE COZY HOME CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN VERONA, SPACIOUS LIVING/DINING ROOM, & FULL COFFEE STATION.

Great location - walking distance to downtown Verona, coffee shops, a brewery, and multiple restaurants. 10 minute drive to Epic and only 20-30 minute drive to downtown Madison.

Enjoy a warm and airy stay with plenty of space for games and lounging. This unique half of a duplex couples modern living with the large living room and dedicated work space in the master bedroom.

The space
Start your day with coffee, decaf, or tea at our full coffee station. Get some work done at the dedicated workspace in the master bedroom, and then take a load off with some Netflix or Wii on the BRAND NEW 55" Roku Smart TV. This space offers a full kitchenware and plate ware set for cooking meals, and board games galore to entertain large groups!

-Entrance: As you walk through the front door you are greeted by a free-flowing living space combining kitchen, living room, and dining room.

-Living Room: Plenty of room to lounge for the entire group. Couch, loveseat, large coffee table, board games, 55" Smart TV, and a Nintendo Wii with Mario Kart and Wii Sports.

-Dining Area: Dining table that seats 6 people.

-Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances - including coffee maker and microwave. Pots, pans, and cooking utensils provided for any size meal. Tupperware included for leftovers.

-Master Bedroom: Large space with a queen bed, a desk for work, and a large sliding door closet.

-Bedroom 2: Queen bed and sliding door closet.

-Bedroom 3: Two twin XL beds and small closet for storage.

Bathroom: Single vanity and extra toiletries provided.

The house was very clean & easy to find. It’s in a safe neighborhood & although we stayed here because it was close to Madison, we actually loved the town of Verona! We found some cute shops & restaurants within a short drive from the house (or you could even walk!).
