Chalet Franca is a beautiful and comfortable detached chalet situated at an elevation of 1,550 meters above sea level in the center of Madesimo, Italy. This three-story vacation rental offers a sunny position in a residential area, providing an excellent location that is both central and quiet. With a private garden featuring a lawn, trees, and furniture for sunbathing and barbecuing, you can enjoy the outdoors. The property also boasts amenities such as a sauna, hot tub, bicycle storage, ski storage, and a ski boot dryer. Parking for three cars is available at the house, and essential services like a grocery store, supermarket, bar, and café are within walking distance.  
  
Outdoors  
Chalet Franca offers a private garden with a lawn and trees, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the fresh mountain air. The garden is not fenced but provides ample space for sunbathing, with garden furniture and a barbecue available for your enjoyment. During the winter months, the property's location in the heart of Madesimo allows for easy access to the skiing area, just 100 meters away. If snow conditions permit, you can even ski directly to the house.

Chalet Franca provides additional services and conveniences for your stay. A cook can be arranged upon request (extra charge applies), and a pre-arrival grocery service is offered for your convenience. In the winter, it is recommended to carry snow chains for your vehicle. The chair lift and ski school are just 100 meters away, while the children's ski school and playground are within 150 meters. Cross-country skiing enthusiasts can access the ski track within 1.5 kilometers. Nearby hiking trails, such as Andossi - Giardino Alpino Valcava, Lago d'Emet - Pizzo Spadolazzo, Sentiero del Cardinello, and Val Febbraro, offer opportunities for outdoor adventures. Additionally, the renowned Lake Como is only 45 kilometers away, providing a scenic destination for day trips.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 7-room chalet that spans across three levels, covering an area of 200 square meters. The chalet boasts a south-facing position, providing ample natural light and warmth. The living room is an open and spacious area, featuring a cozy Scandinavian wood stove and a television for your entertainment. Adjacent to the living room is an open dining room with a dining table, perfect for enjoying meals together. One small double bedroom with a panoramic window offers breathtaking views, although it lacks a wardrobe. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, complemented by a small dining table. A shower and toilet are conveniently located on the same floor.  
  
Amenities Included  
The chalet is equipped with a wide range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient vacation. You will have access to a washing machine for your laundry needs, a barbecue for outdoor grilling, and a dishwasher for hassle-free cleanup after meals. Pets are welcome, and the property is suitable for families. Additionally, the chalet features a fireplace, a Jacuzzi bathtub, heating, a microwave, and a television for your enjoyment. The maximum capacity of the chalet is nine guests, and it boasts four bedrooms and four bathrooms.  
  
Other Information  
The lower ground floor of the chalet features an open living room with a sofa bed and a dining table, providing additional living space. This level also has a double bedroom without a window or wardrobe, complete with a shower and toilet. A hydro massage bath and a sauna are available for ultimate relaxation. On the upper floor, you will find a small double bedroom without a wardrobe and another double bedroom with access to a balcony. This level also has a shower, a bidet, and a toilet. The chalet boasts wooden floors throughout, adding warmth and charm to the interior. Outside, you can enjoy a large balcony, a garden, and a lawn area. Four deck chairs are provided for your convenience, allowing you to soak up the beautiful panoramic views of the mountains, the valley, and the garden. Complimentary amenities include logs for the fireplace, a children's high chair, a baby cot, and a hair dryer. Wi-Fi internet access is provided free of charge. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and only one pet or dog is allowed.
