Our staying was not perfect but very reasonably good. Hotel is a "bit" outdated but location is good with perfect nature exposure. The room was huge with ocean view. The staff is excellent, patient, polite and very helpful. The dinner was slightly below expectation, and we opted to taste it only once.

Nice hotel with big rooms and many facilities.
Luxury hotel in a wonderful place, inside pool, big room with a lot of facilities. Breathtaking views a few steps from the hotel.

Très bon accueil à 01h 30 du matin On nous a proposé une boisson et descendu les bagages sur 6 étages d’escaliers car ascenseur que dans le bâtiment central tout au dessus Heureusement on peut remonter par une petite route Repas buffet à 20 € correct et petits déjeuners copieux Parking vite plein hélas car l’hôtel est superbement situé au haut de la falaise mais tout au bout de la route . Plein de ballades à faire à pieds et en voiture au départ de l’hôtel

Hotel en fin de cycle...
Le site est remarquable, même si la météo y est capricieuse à plus de 400m du niveau de la mer.Hélas cet hôtel aurait besoin d’un sérieux lifting et d’une prise en main énergique pour mériter les 4 étoiles affichées. Les équipements sont obsolète, notamment dans les chambres où le WIFI est absent(on le savait avant) L’accès à la piscine non chauffée et très fraîche nécessite de monter un très long escalier, et est très mal équipée en parasol et transat en bon état, la piscine intérieure, vestige d’un SPA qui ne semble plus actif, est tout aussi fraîche. Côté restauration,si le petit déjeuner buffet permet de se nourrir convenablement ,sans plus, pour une journée de randonnée ,avec des produits de qualité très moyenne, par contre le dîner est à fuir tant les plats proposés sont d’une médiocrité indigne d’un tel établissement.Heureusement Prazeres tout proche propose des solutions de restauration accueillantes et de qualité. L’accueil est tout à fait convenable. Séjour agréable malgré tout dans ce site grandiose.

Jolie petit hôtel niché sur les hauteurs de calheta. Personnel sympathique et 2 jolies piscines intérieur et extérieure. Terrasse avec une vue imprenable.

We spontanioulsy booked this hotel. When we arrived, the room we booked was not avaibable and we stayed in a Bungalow without extra charge. The view was exceptionally beautiful! Sadly, the bungalow itself was not that comfortable - the furniture is really old and and you do not feel cosy. We did not have Wifi in the bungalow because it was too far from the main building. Breakfast was okay, you get everything you need. I think, for the price paid you could expect a bit more - but since we did a short-term booking, it was okay for us.

Vista magnífica e excelente pequeno almoço
Toda a equipa com quem me cruzei muito simpática. Quarto bastante espaçoso, com sofá, mesa, kitchenette e varanda com vista mar. Pequeno almoço muito completo e muito bom. Apesar do hotel ter aspeto de ter uns bons anos, está bastante conservado.

Excellent accueil par une dame charmante. Ayant oublié mon passeport dans l’hôtel précédent, elle l’a appelé pour leur demander s’ils l’avaient trouvé. Chambre un peu vieillotte et froide. Couette peu épaisse et de petite dimension. Petite kitchenette pratique si l’on reste plusieurs jours. Dîner sous forme de buffet à 15€ correspondant à la qualité moyenne de celui-ci. Sinon l’hôtel est calme et bénéficie d’une belle vue sur la mer.

Authentieke accomodatie, de rust van de omgeving en van de gasten is enorm aangenaam. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Origineel is de minigolf. De ligruimte bij het zwembad is niet aangenaam. Enkele harde houten ligstoelen (te weinig), op een betonnen inham. Wij zijn dan maar op het (mooie!)grasveldje gaan liggen, omdat er toch geen gasten aan de tafeltjes zaten. De kamers zijn niet stil, zoals wel in de beschrijving stond. Er is geen waterkoker en geen ijskastje op de kamer. Deze laatste is overal weggenomen. Het personeel heeft daarover bij elke gast een andere uitleg. Bij ons bv dat het in onze kamer weg was omdat de vorige gasten het stuk hadden gemaakt. Uiteindelijk wist de baas te zeggen dat ze idd overal weg waren, reden Corona... Verschillende andere gasten hadden een klacht over hun kamer en het personeel belooft er iets aan te doen, maar dat gebeurt niet. De jongen die ons ontving was een ramp, mompelde een antwoord waar je niks mee was. Nieuw? probleem van de taal? Het andere personeel sprak vlot Engels.

O hotel é agradável, um ponto desfavorável é o estacionamento. O pequeno almoço é bom. Serviço de quartos bom. Só tivemos um problema com os mosquitos, mas que foi prontamente atendido pela recepção com um aparelho. A piscina também é agradável.

Estadia muito agradável, com um staff extremamente simpático e atencioso. O pequeno almoço tinha variedade o suficiente para as nossas expectativas. O nosso quarto tinha uma vista soberba e uma varanda espaçosa. Os únicos pontos menos bons a assinalar será sem dúvida nos quartos, principalmente as kitchenets necessitam de algumas remodelações a nível estético , o nível de isolamento de som pois ouvia-se claramente tudo no quarto vizinho e a w.c. necessita de um extrator de ar. A piscina interior também muito acolhedora. Sauna e Jacuzzi não estavam a funcionar por segurança pública pois é uma das medidas anti Covid-19. Piscina exterior também em excelente estado de conservação (creio eu ter sido remodelada) No geral tudo muito agradável e boa relação qualidade/preço. Acho que esta unidade hoteleira tem muito potencial e deve apostar igualmente no público local pois tem uma localização fantástica e que permite o relaxamento a uns minutos de distância para nós os madeirenses.
