Was able to check in early thats where the niceness stopped so called family villa was very small double bed stuffed in a corner and 2 small made up bunk beds jamed in beside a cupboard that looked straight into the bathroom toilet which at night we pulled the mattress off and threw on the floor because any kids older then about 4 would not fit into (our kids 12 and 13) lucky we where very busy and out alot so dindnt really eat in room untill the second night when we realized the microwave was dirty and still had food in it the tv hardly worked wouldnt pick up channels and was very small air conditioner was full of dust had to clean it as it wouldn't really cool the room bathroom door would latch and anybody over 3 foot tall didnt fit in the shower easy and im 5'9 will never stay again and will ensure nobody i know dose either

Property was clean, as was the general area surrounding the cabin.
However, the furniture was tired and the bed as hard as a rock as were the pillows.
But overall the property, which was never expected to be 5 star, met my overall requirements of a clean and tidy place to overnight on a limited budget.
Well overpriced for what you get and the cleanliness of the place was well below par, finger nails over the floor,

Good Stopover
Good stop over for one night travelling between Cains and Brisbane. Direct access to Bruce Highway
Excellent basic accommodation with friendly staff.
After a Long day's driving it was great to be greeted by a Friendly, efficient receptionist with loads of local knowledge. We were quickly given our key and directed to our ensuited cabin. All was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location is quiet considering how close it is to the Bruce Highway. It is within easy walking distance to a shopping centre that includes places to eat. Will definitely stay here the next time we are driving north. Great value for money.
Requested disabled accommodation and received same- no problemsKeys

wont come again
booking though Wotif, three days prior to stay. staff on arrival did not know of our booking, blamed wotif even though we had a sms confirmation. ḧas happened a few times this week¨
have you ever stood not knowing whether your going to have a place to stay with thoughts of how you will get a refund running through your head. no eye contact from staff member, mumbling to the desk, uncertainty about whats available.
eventually put into a cabin right next to the entry road with traffic coming and going till late and very early in the morning. just been cleaned, very strong disinfectant smell, pile of laundry in entry.
same standard of customer service on leaving.
The motel experience isn't for me as I am on a special diet and require kitchen facilities....so this accommodation was perfect. Not too far from the CBD, clean, quiet and comfortable WITH a kitchen. And all for the price one would pay for a motel room containing only a bed. OK it isn't luxury however I wasn't looking for luxury...and this cabin provided very comfortable and convenient accommodation.
