Staff was very friendly and accommodating! You can hear nose fairly easily if people staying are not quiet but not much you can do to control that. There are signs to be quiet during late or early hours but some people don’t care lol.

The staff was so friendly the girl at the counter was so nice breakfast was at 6am but we had to leave before that and they made us a breakfast bag and a bottle of water to go and they stored are bags for the day for free so when we got back from or day a machu picchu picked up are luggage they girl at the counter was there still so helpful 💯 recommend and close the the bus station and train station

Room was good. Shower was large, perfect for after trekking. Property is well located near plenty of restaurants, cafes and nightlife. Breakfast was great, served fruit, ham and cheese, pastries, choice of eggs and quinoa pancakes. Only one thing would be that the hallways are very loud, any conversation can be overheard easily, so if thats a concern for you ..

This family-run small hotel is well worth the small price I paid. The shower has large volume of hot water, and the room has heating at night. The morning breakfast has fresh fruits, scramble eggs, cheese and drinks. Henry, the Host, is very friendly and accommodating. He allows us to wait for the train in the lodge after we checked out.
