The team here really cannot do enough for you.
Met me off the train and took me straight to get my bus ticket before the office closed. Also arranged a guide.
Spotlessly clean and everything is new. Very quiet the night I was there too.
Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The front desk girl is very friendly and helpful. When we arrived, she clearly explained how and where to get the bus tickets, where the bus station is, and when we should be there for our ticket entry time. The morning we went to Machu Picchu, we borrowed a trekking stick from her. The hotel location is close to the train station. Walking to to restaurant area, the bus station, and town center is all less than ten minutes. The room condition is basic. The breakfast is ok. They start to serve breakfast 5 am. There are small flying insects but maybe that is due to the local weather being humid and warm.

Parfait pour une nuit entre Ollantaytambo et Machupicchu !
When we got there no one was at reception. We rang the bell to no avail. In about 15 minutes someone came. The lady was less than friendly. Our room was decent and the beds comfortable. The shower took forever to heat, but finally did, to which we were grateful. The breakfast was severely lacking. It consisted of cheese, ham, yogurt and bread. It came with the room, so can't really complain, it was free. But when we got ready to check out, we were told it was CASH ONLY?!?! Fortunately they took US dollars, because we had no time to go exchange into soles. We had a train to catch. We loved the location and Aguas Caliente, but wouldn't stay here again. We booked through Travelocity, and nothing was said about this. I suggest Travelocity take this property off it's list.
Stayed here overnight while visiting Machu Picchu. Perfect location 5 mins walk from train station, very comfortable beds, early breakfast from 5am, fab for the early entry to Machu Picchu.
The staff were fabulous, especially Menisa. We’d left our passports at our Cusco hotel & only had copies on our phone. She printed them off for us & helped ensure we got our bus ticket & entrance to Machu Picchu - crisis averted!
Our room was spotless, very comfortable (light, yet very warm blankets) and secure. The young woman in charge of the front office was exceptionally understanding and helpful. She allowed us to retain our room until 3.00 pm with no additional charge. Thankyou so much.
The lady at the counter is friendly and helpful. She speaks good English and met us at the train station even after our train was delayed by two hours.
The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Provided me with all the tips for getting around the Machu Picchu, even before being asked. Room is very basic but kept well and it was comfortable. What can you ask for more with this price. They do have hair dryer on request. Also I could not find any measure for room temperature control so perhaps it may get very cold depending on the outside temperature.
Great new hotel just 4-5 minutes walk from the train station. Everything is new and the showers are the best I have experienced in Peru after being here for 8 months, hot and tons of pressure! The staff was very accommodating and helpful with all of our questions/requests. The wifi works great on all floors, (there are different routers for each level) and the breakfast was just what we (4 of us) needed before a 5 hour day at Machu Picchu. Having stayed in some dicey places in Aguas Calientes I would highly recommend this Hotel, comfortable beds, hot showers and great location!
