Very Very nice people. the location is near a bar area so might be a little bit noisy before 11PM (but fine for me). Impressed by the friendly and nice host. The condition is not so perfect but generally fine and meet the price. Love this one.
We weren’t expecting much but WOW.
Standouts
1. The staff were super friendly,
2. We were really impressed with how clean this place was
3. The person who checked us in, was also the person hosting breakfast. She shared options (fruits, scrambled eggs, coffee, tea, juices and Peruvian bread)
4. Breakfast setup was simple but well managed.
5. Location is really good. Close to the shops, restaurants and the hot springs.
Summary: It’s a the best on multiple counts; no-frills setup. One downside - can get noisy early in the morning if you want to sleep in.
The room was very clean, The staff were very friendly, Marylu, the receptionist was very nice, breakfast was good, she helped us and gave us information about the places to visit in town. I recommend this hotel.
The breakfast was included and it was great. The staff were really friendly and helpful!
The bathroom was nice and new!

Good location, helpful staff, and clean rooms with hot water. However a loud hotel and can hear everything happening as well as light from hall entering room at night making it very bright. Breakfast was fine but a decent packed breakfast given to us before 5am for machu picchu departure.
Our stay at Inkary Hotel in Aguas Calientes was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely taken care of and Yenifer made the entire experience unforgettable. She is truly the most amazing host: warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in every detail.
In the morning we were treated to fresh, homemade papaya, orange or pineapple juice that was out of this world, the perfect start before heading out to explore. It’s those thoughtful, personal touches that really set this place apart.
After our trip to Machu Picchu, they went above and beyond by bringing our bags directly to the train station for us. That level of service made everything seamless and stress-free.
If I could live here, I absolutely would. Inkary doesn’t just feel like a hotel, it feels like home. I cannot recommend it highly enough!
The room is too small. The door is very fragile and the glass at the top lets the hallway light in. Very noisy. The bathroom is very small as well. I really didn’t enjoy my stay here. For breakfast, there wasn’t any fruit options.

Camera abbastanza pulita ma ridotta all'osso.
