The room was more spacious than others we stayed in at Tokyo AND there was AC that actually worked! Which was much needed in July. If you use the gym, it’s very small. There is onsite laundry but you have to dry your clothes multiple times which was annoying. "This hotel is of incredible value! We stayed here for a surfing trip at Taito beach and watching the pros at the Olympic beach nearby.
The elderly woman at the counter who checked us in, was so cute and kind.
I guess this was a converted love hotel (similar to a motel in North America). So the room was insanely huge for Japanese standards, and ridiculously cheap (at the time, we paid about 7000 yen for 1 night).
If we go back to Chiba for another surfing trip, we'll definitely stay there...
