"I liked the location, cleanliness and hygiene. Staff very helpful. But the internet was down too many times, and was a nuisance. But the worst thing I could single out was the elevator. Way too many guests for only two elevators. There were always line ups of people to get to the elevator. Very unpleasant. Thanks."

"Always amazing! I’ve stayed at San Marino four times now, and the consistency is what brings me back. The staff is lovely and welcoming, making you feel at home immediately. The rooms are impressively spacious (plenty of room to relax), and the breakfast remains a highlight every morning - you must try the tapioca! There is just such a lovely feeling and "good vibes" throughout the hotel. Highly recommended!"
