They don't nullify the deposit upon check out like what all the the hotels do. Instead, they will run the credit card and refund the money on your credit card 1 month later. They do that to all the guests. What do they do with that money? Invest that for 1 month and make return on investment using hotel guests funds? Rio Hotel provided free Mobile Phone for Calling, Hot spot, really excellent. One of the staff was not helpful enough when I asked him for help for my lunch booking at Macau Tower, he just told me he only in charge on Concierge. By the way check in time was 3pm. Overall a nice clean hotel but away from all the action!
