You have to lug your luggage they a mall, which no one helps you. Then across the aquarium lobby and to the front desk. We were happy with the service of Chloe when we checked in at MGM Macau. She even arranged breakfast boxes in the early morning because we tried to catch our flight at 7am. However, once reported, we were assigned to another room for our stay. The front desk manager gave a call to apologise and sent a fruit plate to our room by himself that night. And they called again on the next day and apologise again for the inconvenience caused. Delay checkout and free buffet meals at their restaurant are provided.
