The golf cart was a great bonus, and the host was very responsive—any small issues were handled right away. Just note the main dining table is on a screened-in deck, so it can be chilly; we used a folding table on colder days. Great secluded location on a private road, close to the beach and a short drive to town."

"Heads up for anyone wanting to rent this place: We had our stay cancelled at the last second. This guest house is part of a larger property that is its own separate listing, but if someone rents the main property they can use the guest house too and you'd never know because VRBO will say it's still available. The host seemed apologetic though, and we did get a refund, but we had to go through VRBO to get it because he was not answering any phone calls or emails. The place looks nice, and I'm sure it would have been a good time, but if you're going to book this, double check that no one else is at the main property first."

Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of the Cozy Cabin Getaway, in a quiet, tree-filled neighborhood close to a playground, beaches, apple orchards, plenty of ice cream shops, and mini golf. The house itself was clean and cozy. It was a little too chilly for us to fully take advantage of the amazing outdoor spaces, but the kids loved the bunkbeds and had plenty of space to play games and do puzzles. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for cooking together and sharing family meals. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet getaway!"
