« Desk staff was fine. The issue with the stay was 100% the guy in the blue shirt who looks after (I say that very loosely) the breakfast buffet. He was pathetic. First of all, absolutely no personality or people skills and his performance was a major fail. We ate there four mornings in a row. It was the worst we’ve ever seen. He needs retraining! »

« I have stayed at this hotel several times before and have had four different rooms which are all different and have their own charm. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and it is nice to have a restaurant and bar downstairs that closes at 10pm so it is not noisy at night either.
